"위치가 정말 좋습니다. 오르세미술관 낮투어, 야간 개장 2번 다녀온 우리에게는 최고입니다. 까르푸 익스프레스 도보 2분, 카르푸 시티 도보 10분 이내 있고 맛있는 빵집과 맛집도 근처에 있습니다. (Cinq mars!) 정말 조용하고 따뜻해서 겨울에 묵기 좋아요! 초등 아이 2명과 갔는데 소파베드보다 일반 침대라서 좋았고 수건, 집기류 등도 넉넉했습니다! 세탁기 내부도 깨끗하고 후라이팬도 새거에 키친타올까지 있어서 좋았어요. 캡슐커피머신과 캡슐도 있습니다! 우리가 갔을 때 누수 문제가 있었지만 늦은 저녁에도 빠르게 응답하고 도움 주었어요! 친절하십니다☺️"

"식기세척기가 고장이라서 쓰지 못했어요. 부엌이 매우 좁은 편이라 설거지가 불편했기에 꼭 고쳐졌음 좋겠네요. 1층 화장실 세면대 물이 똑똑 새는 점과 2층 샤워부스 물이 바깥으로 잘 튀는 점이 아쉬워요. ( 누수 문제는 말씀드렸으니 고쳐주시리라 믿습니다) 온수는 무척 잘 나오지만 물탱크 사용이므로 네 번째 샤워하는 사람은 잘못하면 찬물 샤워 할 수 있으므로 샤워시간 조절이 필요합니다! 그리고 보증금이 너무 셉니다. 스페인 포르투갈 영국 다 다녀봤는데 이 숙소 보증금이 너무 높으므로 좀 낮춰주시면 다음 이용자들이 편하게 개선점을 제안할 수 있으리라 봐요."

"After reading the other reviews I was a bit nervous about the size of the flat given I have 2 family members above 6’ but I was pleasantly surprised. The flat is small but they made great use of every inch. The ceilings upstairs are low in spots where you have to duck slightly under beams but it was a beautiful apartment and very comfortable. The ceiling height in the main room was high so we spent any time at the flat there. It’s Paris so I expected it to be small. The flat was incredibly clean, light, bright and they very kindly left all necessary soaps and shampoos. In addition they had the best non Nespresso coffee I’ve had as well as chocolates and waters (still and sparkling). Location was perfect and we walked most places or metroed. Restaurants in walking distance were very good and not too expensive. When I contacted the team they were always very responsive and kind. All in all it was a great experience and I plan to stay here again when we come back."

"I have a 13 yr old and 9 yr old and the kids room was extra tight. They have one twin and a trundle but both beds were really comfortable. The hot water heater didn’t seem to handle 4 people showering in the evenings so we had to stagger our shower schedule. They do say that they charge if you have to check in after hours which I personally find odd. We checked in 30 minutes after check in time given canceled trains and they did charge the after hours fee but gave us a discount given it wasn’t too late."

"- Clean apartment - Very well equipped with toiletries, cutlery, kitchenware etc. - Comfortable beds and furniture - Ground floor property, so no stairs or elevator to worry about - Quiet neighborhood - Very secure door - Excellent use of space in the apartment"

"- The apartment is smaller than the pictures imply - I constantly hit my head on ceilings and ledges due to the cramped quarters (my height is average: 175cm) - The toilet and shower are on two separate floors(?!) - Some electrical fittings were coming loose (switches, sockets) - The toilet wouldn't flush after the first try until I figured out that its water supply was shut off. - The apartment is not very brightly lit, even with all the lights on. - The washer/drier was set to Spanish so it was difficult to understand how to operate it. - No shops/stores/cafes immediately nearby, we usually had to walk at least 5-10 minutes to get to any retail outlet."

"Very convenient to metro, bikes, museums, the Seine, and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were great at communicating."
